Come celebrate International Card-Making Day on October 3!  We will have a variety of activities available in the store to help you celebrate the art of paper crafting.

Card-Making Table:

If you are new to card-making and would like to try your hand at decorating a card, we will have a station set up in the store just for you!  For $2.50, you can decorate your own card and envelope, adding ribbon, eyelets, punches, or other fun items!

Card-Making Studio Time:

If you are an experienced crafter or just want some time and space to work on cards, you can sign up to use our studio space.  Normally $5 an hour, our studio will be available for card-making on October 3 from 12p-5p for only $10!  Bring your supplies and your great ideas and make use of our tools and open space for card-making.  This is a great time to get started on your holiday cards.

Free Demos:

We will be giving FREE demonstrations of various card-making techniquest throughout the day.  There will be one demonstration every hour, and you can come in to watch one or all of them absolutely free.

• 12:00 PM: How to make an envelope
• 1:00 PM: How to emboss
• 2:00 PM: How to make any ribbon adhesive
• 3:00 PM: How to line an envelope
• 4:00 PM: How to set eyelets

These demonstrations are free, so stop by and add to your craft-making knowledge, or join in the activities at the card-making table or in the studio.  We’d love to see you there!
